Our quality representatives implement inspection and test plans, manage conformance and “lot” processes, conduct site audits, and maintain accurate quality records. Through hands‑on guidance, training and practical problem‑solving, these roles ensure we meet our contract requirements, standards and company procedures through continuous improvement strategies that embed quality into daily operations.
From tender through to construction, our traffic teams play a key role in ensuring our projects are well planned, controlled and managed safely and efficiently. These roles work alongside project teams, designers, contractors and stakeholders to develop, implement and refine traffic management arrangements that meet regulatory, project and community expectations. By providing clear technical guidance, maintaining oversight of site controls and supporting effective communication with the community, our traffic team help minimise disruption, protect road users and pedestrians, creating safe working environments for all.
