Our Site Engineers provide critical engineering and administrative support to the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, contributing to the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of construction works. This role is responsible for managing project quality assurance systems, supporting the development of construction procedures, coordinating site activities and maintaining accurate records across quality, cost, program and HSEQ requirements. Site Engineers work closely with supervisors, inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers to monitor productivity, manage permits, track quantities, identify variations and extensions of time, and support reporting and contract administration. The position typically requires post graduate industry experience.

A Project Engineer plays a critical support role on our projects, contributing to the planning, coordination and delivery of construction works. The role is responsible for managing core engineering functions, contract administration and documentation, while providing practical engineering advice that supports safe, efficient and compliant project delivery. An early to mid career professional, in this role you will possess a strong technical foundation combined with post graduate industry experience.

The Senior Project Engineer plays a key leadership role, working closely with the Project Manager to manage engineering, commercial and program outcomes. This role provides technical oversight across design review, construction methodologies, programming, procurement, cost control and contract administration, while ensuring quality, safety and environmental requirements are met. In this role, you will oversee site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor productivity and budgets, and lead the preparation of project documentation, claims, variations and reporting. They also mentor and support less experienced engineers, contributing to team development while delivering on all other organisational objectives.

The Project Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of projects, leading all aspects of safety, quality, environment, commercial performance, program and people management from contract award through to final completion. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget through effective planning, risk and opportunity management, and strong financial control, including cash flow, claims, variations and forecasting. Our Project Managers lead and mentor project teams, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and project KPIs. With a strong performance ethic, the role is accountable for accurate reporting, effective governance, positive team culture and achieving successful project outcomes that protect both client objectives and the company’s commercial position.
