With gender parity still being over 200 years away, this year we are being asked to #pressforprogress in support of International’s Women’s Day.

It may come as no surprise, but in 2017 women within the construction sector only made up 12% of the industry’s quota according to Workplace Gender Equality Agency. However, research over the past 5 years exemplifies that the number of women in leadership roles is increasing annually as we continue to build bias free workplaces.
